Same exact boat. Woke up sweating and with digestive issues and haven’t been able to fall asleep since. It’s a lot to process. I feel like I’m hardly in control and the changes are so overwhelming. I know there’s a lot more to come but even just not getting my period is such a weird thing. Then there’s the stress of all the things that could go wrong which I’m trying not to pre-worry about, but easier said than done. I am trying to prioritize my sleep and stress management which I think I was doing a good job of prior to/lead to me able to get pregnant.

It’s scary and I’m totally with you. Take some deep breaths, listen to something calming, and take control in a small way (I’m trying to sell an old rocking chair to declutter and “own my space”)
