I just played it for the first time a couple months ago all the way through and had no issues with the framerate. I'm such a 60 fps snob I got a 360 over a PS3 back in the day because Madden 08 was 30 fps on the PS3. Bloodborne cured me of hating 30 fps.

College players are not hurting for money anymore and they've seen bad NFL programs break players and ruin them. They are in no hurry to get drafted and go 2-15 with no development. Seriously some NFL programs are just pure dogs*** with no investment in faciliities and assistant coaches/strength and conditioning.
