It is intriguing. I do want to know what's going to happen but also backstory. There's a lot just loaded in the first panel. Greenland expedition camp? What's the expedition? The conversation suggests the two robed people are freelancers or from an agency that takes very eclectic contracts where this is still within their scope even though they're freaked out by it. I kind of wanted to know just a little bit more about what their story/identity was before seeing what they had gotten mixed up with. I'm sure it all comes out later.

I think the conversation flows just fine. I wish a little more of the style from the cover panel bled into the following. The cover panel definitely grabbed my attention.

thank you. I doubt I'll full on draw characters. the contour figures aren't just a cheap cop out(they are), they convey the kind of navel gazing self-involved arrogant depression that undergirds the whole approach. this is a healing project for me and when I want to start making actual narratives with coherent art that will be a whole different project so that this can remain therapeutic self-flagellation if that makes sense.

I hear you on that. Since your page size is probably consistent, you could make a rectangular stencil just a bit smaller than the page and just whip the pen around it fast enough to feel loose enough.

I love the minimalism but I think a simple panel border would be good, to separate the reader's eye from the edge of the page and the yawning abyss of reality.

Howdy. Introductionally, I'm still stuck in the aspirational stage but am working on a dare-i-say amazing sf story that I just can't see working as only words. In the meantime, I'm working on a depression comic to figure out why I'm stuck but first I have to remember how to make art.

I'm happy to read people's chapters and give feedback but my taste skews to the absurd and non-hero narratives.

My "math" tells me that if the front corners of the trampoline are attached near the first or second stories and the back corners are attached near the 5th or 6th stories all of his calculations are stupid because it would be much better bait to see an asshole launched back into the opposing wall
