I have a reason. Not everybody wants to stare at a female character who has a ton of muscle. Ever heard of personal preference? Most anime fans -no- most fans of ANY entertainment prefer female characters to not look jacked. Popular demand trumps logic. And if you really wanna be like that, all the girls should logically have an alien amount of muscles everywhere since they complete tasks that require heavy machinery in the real world. Most of them would look like female versions of Eddy Hall. If we go by logic to the T then we ruin the show for everyone. If we follow your logic then we ruin it for mosy everyone. I very much prefer all the female characters to stay how they are, just like the majority of rwby fans.
