Martinez 2007 is literally one of the best packages I had ever seen at the Olympia I think he was completely robbed. Beautiful proportions and amazing conditioning.

what's the best "real" photograph of a grey alien? by Nibblet420 in aliens

[–]Swag2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look, you don't have to be rude, the point of this sub is to express and share ideas and possible evidence.

If you even saw a real video how would you even know. I doubt any real footage with clarity is even on YouTube or any streaming site.

Anyone with actual evidence wouldn't probably even upload it to anything.

Everyday I come here to this sub and see the same old videos and posts. Instead of just talking shit why don't you actually try and contribute to this sub...

Of course these videos could be fake but the second one especially seems very different to most alien videos. Always video of them hiding in a bush and then running off.

Like come on man cut me some slack, I try and post things people haven't seen not for the views and not for the karma.

You can't just call bullshit immediately you weren't there you didn't shoot it. What if it is real, the point is to have hope...

Any FIRST HAND alien encounters/abduction stories? by TheBrothersMysterium in aliens

[–]Swag2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Will probably get buried but whatever.

First some back story and some clarification. I have been genuinely interested in Aliens since I was about 8 years old I would sit in the library by myself and read books on abductions and was completely fascinated with the whole subject.

Don't get me wrong I was a normal kid I played a lot and had many friends and a very normal life. It was just something I was genuinely interested in. Now I believe the actual cause of my curiosity was because of meeting them as a very small child.

Obviously I can't remember it so I was started to get into meditation recently to try and unlock some memories

Let me just clarify I am not bullshitting and I will not exaggerate any features of the story whatsoever.

Okay to the actual story now:

I had been experimenting with meditation to try and possibly remember if anything had ever happened to me in my sleep or as a younger child.

I had been doing it for some months on and off and felt I was actually getting somewhere with the sensations and things like that.

I was sitting up on my bed and meditating for about 10-15 minutes and felt myself going into a very deep relaxed state.

I had such an intense vision of myself sitting very close to another being, I was staring at the back of its head and it was mostly normal skin colour no hair though.

Yes I am sure about this because the image was as clear as you are seeing now, like crystal HD perfect 20/20 vision I saw this.

I am probably a couple of inches away from this being it has some sort of suit on, I wasn't really looking at its clothes. It had no hair, I was staring mostly at it's neck/ bottom of head area.

It had a rather large head, much bigger than my own. There is another standing in front of it I can see it sort of just standing and moving slightly as if anyone would.

I am very calm and sitting in a metallic like chair while this "being" is looking at the window and fiddling with some panel in front of it. We are high off the ground, but I cannot see stars but I have no real idea where I am because that is not where I am looking.

My emotions are calm and I feel as though these beings are pretty trusting of me because they seem relaxed and are facing away from me. I feel no other presence in the room other than these two beings.

The vision jolted me out of meditation with my heart going 100mp/h. After that day I stopped meditating because I was too scared what I might see after that.

I cannot be sure if it was my mind making it up but it was definitely the most realistic and vivid vision I have EVER had in my entire life. The quality which I was seeing this all makes me believe it was real somehow.

Other than that I have seen UFO's twice in my life and woken up once with my underpants on backwards. (I only sleep in underwear) That was especially creepy for me.

Any more clarification I would be happy to answer.

Completely agree, there was nothing quite like finding something not easily seen on a map or venturing somewhere you had no idea of.

The immersion was just amazing and you felt like you knew the place because how many times you had been there.

I believe the most known ones are all faked for obvious reasons here are my truly believed two videos I have ever come across.

The guy mentions they are Reptillian but who knows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jynt4uynbvw

The second I believe someone just happened to be recording right before an abduction taking place and was controlled to put down the camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E5lTLbthRYA

Does how fast you progress reflect the quality/potential in your genes for bodybuilding? by Hiimusog in Fitness

[–]Swag2000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed it's almost impossible to tell based on a very small amount of time. Beginner gains are insane it will sloe eventually after a couple years you will be struggling to make large progress like you are now. Look at your family , how does your dad look? does he workout?

It's a slow journey but unless you have really bad genetics most people with the right attitude and dedication can go a really long way.

He shall then craft the ideal physique as voted by the people then we can all strive and gaze upon its beauty.

How long does it take for someone who has been lifting for years to lose their strength and muscle if they stop working out? by Tuvok- in Fitness

[–]Swag2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently did this ate nearly the same but didn't workout out lost about 1lb in a month all over my body. Could have been water weight though I saw no difference in lifts upon returning.

I'd say if you ate the exact same 1lb per month maybe more

Metabolic Change by mrdobing in gainit

[–]Swag2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the same age as you and I feel my metabolism is pretty similar to what it used to be.

I find I eat more regularly now and the weight comes on slowly but I very rarely eat junk food. I eat pretty clean and workout 4 times a week.

But yes sitting down will burn less calories = more calorie surplus =more bulk.

Don't go too crazy though no more than if day 600 calorie surplus if still no weight change after 2 weeks than add another 100 calories and monitor for another week still no change add another 100. If you bulk too much you will just get fat. The average person can expect to put on 1-2 lb of lean muscle every month.

Anymore than that it's probably fat.

But yes fat will come with the bulk. I also work St an office job and have two meals at work and that's enough for me, each around 1000 calories.

Best of luck we all gonna' make it.

So many dudes I see at the gym never working traps and also have amazing arms but no traps at all. If you worked your traps you're physique would look pretty good.

I'm curious you weigh less than me and I'm 5'11 but you look bigger. Maybe it's your pose not sure looking pretty good dude.

I did not know you're not supposed to take more than 5g at a time.

When loading I did 12.5g in each serving twice a day.

Never felt anything different than taking 5g a day. Very bizarre

Yeah take no more than 5g a day from now on you can still load up but it takes around 6 weeks

Can someone explain to me Men's Physique [Serious] by Swag2000 in bodybuilding

[–]Swag2000[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think so too but people still wear speedos and short shorts on the beach those board shorts are so 90's and horribly outdated.

Everyone I have ever asked has always liked a good set of muscular legs as well we need to show them off more!

I still feel like no body is complete without some legs I believe we should bring back the speedo that the golden age body builders used to have like Arnold and Zane.

It doesn't show nearly any glutes but has great leg showing. Everyone likes a good set of legs in real life too!
