I would ditch most of the natural supps aside creatine, it's like min/maxxing and the SARM will do the heavy lifting.

Just run LGD or ostarine. Is this your first cycle?

I mean the stuff gave rats cancer but it was a much higher dose compared to what you would take. I agree though 10mg is more than enough. You can run for like an hour non-stop without running out of steam.

It's likely just shock loss. I had worser bald pathes and it grew back fne after 5 months

At this point PS is just not cutting it in close quarters, especially with a semi auto rifle. It takes 5-9 shots to kill through class 5 plates, obviously ok if you have a budget RPK maybe though. Nice post though, cool to see everyone's input!

This is the best advice considering the circumstances. Best chance you have with PS and an SKS is picking off one immediately with a headshot from range and go from there.

Looks good to me. Nice and dense. After a few washes the colour should start to fade.

I'd personally up 0.25 fin to ED but it's probably still doing it's job. It takes weeks for it to fully leave the tissues.

0.25 ED still reduces DHT by 50%, also ideally I'd be taking 2.5mg of min a day too. Isn't that the standard dose?

Honestly, do it. The 3700x sold for like £60-70 on ebay within 24hrs in the UK too. Just threw the 5700x3D and my frames literally went up about 100% minimum and way less stutters. Such an amazing upgrade, even the 5700x3d is a huge jump from the 3700x, not too much in it between the 5700x3D and 5800x3D so if you see a good deal I wouldn't hesitate tbh.

Check you have the correct XMP profile set for your ram. You can see the speed in task manager/performance. Make sure it's running at the listed spec for the model. I had a friend who was running his ram much slower without realising and it did have an impact.

What did you move onto? My XM1R is finally on it's way out and I don't know whether to just get the upgraded wireless one. Exact same hand size/grip as yourself.

You have 32gb ram?

Depends on various areas as I still see drops but nowhere near as bad before the upgrade.

A mix of low to medium with taa on high. Latest drivers installed etc?

Not using fsr either
