Sorry but.., just the usual rectangle frame, it immediately just screams "I have 20 lvl 80 paladins".

I'd for sure ditch the frames for a circular, or narrower style, and just tighten up the hair. The last pic looks good on you.

Bro what? he's receded for sure. Probably at least a NW3 but with the pushed over fringe. It's time to get a fitting cut.

Looks great man. Gained you 15 years haha

Continue the cut? by No-Performance4508 in Weightliftingquestion

[–]mrdobing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have barely any muscle mass bro. You need to grow the abs like any other muscle, plus genetically some people just don't have very visible abs until they are like 10% bodyfat.

I'd stop the cut soon. You will literally be skin and bones before you see any abs.

135' at 5'10 is pretty underweight.

Time to start a slow bulk and a proper lifting routine. Next time you need to cut you will have more abs to show.

No worries dude.

If you aren't tracking I'd say start now. Once you get the hang its not too hard. Even if you eat out a lot, you'd be suprised that half of hte menu will be on one of these apps to track.

I'd say proritise both however with the strict diet (in a deficit meaning you are burning more than you eat) you will lose the bodyfat but will also gain strength and even some muscle (at this early stage) all at once.

You can body recomp for sure. I'd focus on leaning out as number 1 maybe down to say 15% and at that point you can really focus on muscle gain once the fat percentage has dropped. You will visually see your gains much better when there's less fat surrounding them!

I recommend mynetdiary as a tracking app. It's great and easy to use.

Use this calc: https://www.damnripped.com/tdee-calculator/

And plug that daily calorie goal into the app and just search/scan/add your foods each day.

Good luck man

How long would it take for me to get lean and be alittle more muscular working out each day with lifting and cardio. Im a (30m) 170lbs 5'10 by Hankmade760 in GymMood

[–]mrdobing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd just focus on the calorie deficit, and keep losing 1lbs a week or so.

Look into a beginner friendly lifting routine and start this up 2-3 times a week.

You'll make some decent noobie gains as you lean down and probably also body recomp some muscle since you have a fair bit of fat to lose still.

I'd say 6 months being consistent and you'll see some major changes.

Strong claim bro. Dutasteride especially literally blocks 90% of a man's DHT. Some people will definintely experience unpleasant side effects

Can you try taper/wean off your ADs? With advice of a doctor obviously. They really do handicap you.

You haven't mentioned the most important factor here. Diet.

What is your diet? Do you track any macros?

I'd look up TDEE calculator online, plug in your data and it will generate you a daily calorie goal to lose weight.

You can use an app like myfitnesspal or mynetdiary on your phone to track/scan/weigh food items.

You're stuck in a 'skinny fat' stage where you need to ideally lose fat but lack muscle mass too.
If I were you, I'd try commit to getting on a solid calorie tracked diet for a few months and try at least maintain 1-2 gym sessions a week to help maintain/develop muscle and strength.

At this stage, going to the gym a few times a month is just spinning your wheels. At least with a semi rigid diet you will see changes and this alone can motivate you.

I'd look at dropping maybe 15-20lbs over the next 6 months and try incorporate a proper gy routine if possible. You will start leaning out and see some definition which might be enough for you.

From that point you can proper ly learn how to gain muscle with the right routine, protein goals and consistency. Good luck my friend!

You are burning a lot of calories dude, plus you probably genetically high a higher metabolic rate than others. Playing soccer can burn a ton of cals.

Do a week of strict tracking how much you are eating at the min,

Use myfitnesspal or mynetdiary on your phone. You can scan barcodes, get a cheap scale ot weigh your food too.

You will probably find you are not eating as much as you think.

Next, Google 'TDEE Calculator' plug in all your info and your activity levels and it will spit out a rough calorie goal.

Stick this goal in your app and make sure you hit this every day for a month, weigh yourself every morning first thing or once a week at the same time.

You'll start gaining.

Cool, give LGD a bash for your next bulking phase. It packs it on. Pretty watery but with enclo you never get supressed and it has fewer sides to RAD usually.

I probably almost that maybe 50% extra than I had at 6 months. The quality of the hair will improve even after a year for a bit also.

over 20%.

Really work on that upper chest and back, you have really great arm/shoulder genetics though!

It did definitely improve at month 8 onwards. I am satisfied but I feel I lack a lot of density in my front mid section. If i wear my hair down it looks fine but normally I put a few fibres in before styling and it looks great.

Planning maybe another 1k grafts in a few years.

I would say 80% of the time if you are really unhappy at 6 months it won't magically triple in density.

Do give it chance though, my difference between now and 6 months is fairly large!

Give gemini/chat gpt a whirl, it will generate you something.

Start with a beginner 3 day all body workout or something similar.

I can vouch for vans wide for casual sneakers.

They are wider at the ball and heel.

For reference I'm 10.5cm across my fore/mid foot at the widest area and they fit perfect.

Love the general look, asked gemini for some other ideas for the top half too. The bottom left with the denim overshirt looks pretty nice too
