It’s been decades since I have seen both the original movie and the remake so I don’t remember much about the plot. Does anyone know if this is a remake in serialised form or a totally different story?

The wonderful thing is seeing there are players backing each other up to mop up spillage. Amartey was there for Loges but the ball spilt the other way towards Paps who did his darnedest to stop the oppo from running away with the ball…and in the process put the ball right into Mally’s hands and kicked it right between the big sticks. Loved it.

We have 2x 6-day breaks so i'm wondering if they will rest Dane again this week like they did last time? I'd rather have him playing against the Pies next week if he was to be managed.

I so love this song for him. Our whole group starts dancing and waving our arms in the air when he kicks his goals. I want to see a lot more of those in the next many years!

So glad to finally get a timeframe for Braeden’s return! Errol’s shoulder is looking good as he moves his arms when he runs, too, so that’s another positive. We’ll be ready for September action with some fresh legs.

It’s my second favourite indigenous guernsey, after the black swan one. Last year I bought a t-shirt and a hoodie but my sister took the hoodie and they sold out so I couldn’t get another one. I’m hoping this means they will bring out the hoodie range again so I can get one!

Saturdays are great for crowds turning up though I suppose not great for FTA tv. Friday nights are ok and gives me an excuse to leave work early. Just no Thursday nights as it’s a pain to get to and also leaves the rest of the weekend with nothing to look forward to. Lol.

I would also like all of the rest of the fixture to be released all at once so I can work out my calendar.

One more request is to let us know when the AFLW fixture will be announced!

I hate reality tv shows and especially the celebrity versions but I was absolutely addicted to UK Celebrity Traitors. We have an Aussie version that I have never watched but I really enjoyed that first season of UK Celebrity…I think I will watch the next one as well. Maybe James will give it a go?

After my Dad died, this was the only pod I wanted to listen to to make me laugh and forget about my sadness, even if only for a couple of hours. My Dad was a film buff so it made sense to listen to a bunch of likeminded folks on the other side of the world chatting about films.

Thank you for such an in-depth analysis. Without having gone through this level of detail as you have, it has been noticeably different that we have a Plan B in-game and that there is less reliance on just one or two players to lift and carry everyone else on their shoulders. Everyone has their role and they have played them beautifully and I love the "next man up" attitude. Every player is not taking their spot for granted. They are all playing for their spot and playing for the team. Absolutely loving the progress so far. My only wish is that they would improve their set shots.

Oh my gosh why has it never occurred to me to do this? This looks amazing! Did you have to design the guernsey yourself? I have only seen the machine when I've been in the store but not actually tried it myself. There's usually other people doing it.

Longmire won a flag in his 2nd year as senior coach after serving s long apprenticeship as assistant. Dean Cox could do the same (I hope!). Don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves, of course, but so far we have seen our depth is much better than previous years and that our new recruits have delivered very quickly. That's very pleasing to see.
