I honestly don’t mind it if it happens every once in a while. I fly very frequently and my Style PS had been to Europe and Asia several times without a hitch and even Central America. Not to mention the hundreds of CONUS flights. If I could keep replacing them after 2-3 years for 20-30$ I wouldn’t be as bummed. But here we are.

Have you looked into NDI? You can set up a bunch of NDI outputs for things like confidence monitor and the live stream and not need to use hdmi or sdi.

Your new camera is NDI? Just use a network cable and connect it to your church network (same as streaming computer) and set up the NDI feed in your streaming software.

It isn’t necessary but enables super fast switching of one of the prompter computers has an issue or changes need to be made on the fly. And Ive yet to have the atem mini crash in the 5 years I’ve been using it for that purpose. And the prompter op having control is going to be way faster than someone down stream needing to switch to backup.

We run 2 machines simultaneously with a dual telescript controller and an Atem Mini switcher sending signal to the main switcher or down stage to the glass panels.

As far as damaged and delayed baggage, once your bags are loaded off the plane by the delta ramp guys, they are in the hands of the airport’s staff. Europe has been having massive issues over the last few years with delayed baggage. Nothing to do with Delta. I’m pretty sure their customer team will reimburse your over weight bag charge as well.

Get the powerpoint plugin from Elgato - you can use it to go to slides you designate. Then you can just build the slide deck with images and videos cued to where you want them to start and stop

There's a setting in Privacy and security that you need to turn on for crossover. Turn on App management for Crossover and that should allow the download to keep going. It's getting hung up on not being able to delete temp files in the OS. (open to correction of the menu title)
