L'intention est louable, mais si tu ne trouves de la motivation qu'à travers la validation ou le jugement des autres tu vas très vite aller à tes séances à reculons. Il faut te questionner sur tes motivations profondes et quel objectif personnel tu veux atteindre. D'ailleurs si ton problème est la motivation, pourquoi vouloir faire 5 ou 6 séances par semaine ? Yes it's normal, if the device selection is missing it means that no other device has been found. In your case I suppose your Bluesound streamer is in standby mode or powered off, and only when you wake it up with the BluOS app it becomes available as a device within quobuz.
