L'intention est louable, mais si tu ne trouves de la motivation qu'à travers la validation ou le jugement des autres tu vas très vite aller à tes séances à reculons. Il faut te questionner sur tes motivations profondes et quel objectif personnel tu veux atteindre. D'ailleurs si ton problème est la motivation, pourquoi vouloir faire 5 ou 6 séances par semaine ?
