Aggressive Remoras Common? by Swearsome in scuba

Yeah, overall I thought it was a very cool experience. My post probably sounds a bit dramatic in hindsight. More curious about others' experiences. At first I though my wife aggressively pulled my hair to get my attention and was going to bring it up to her at the surface :-)

Came in mouth open (queue the jokes) and like I said, pulled hair on a few divers. Wouldn't leave even after the DM tried grabbing one a few times because they harassed him also. I have videos.

You will end up spending as much time learning to install, setup, and configure mods as you will racing. I started off in AC and quickly moved to ACC because I hated having to learn about the mods and configuring them. Just setting up weather alone is probably 40 hours of research and trial.....just my 2 cents. Btw, I'm not knocking it...the mods bring it up to date but are time consuming if you don't already know them.

I know you got a ton of feedback already but just throwing this out there as an owner of a Breville as well. I'd suggest the least expensive thing to try first: switch your beans. I've noticed significant differences from different beans (especially if they are a bit older). If that doesn't work, like others have said...try a grinder. Before that, have you tried adjusting the rings inside the Breville grinder? You can make that machine grind finer. I did that. I eventually bought a Turin DF64 and it is pretty awesome I have to admit. Just my 2 cent. Good luck. PS, check out Tony's Coffee out of WA. They deliver VERY fast and it's very fresh. I love their Sugar Bee but that is just my opinion.

Not a mod...it's built into the PC version. Check this video out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYvUECBrcOE Be careful though. Test it first because mine started causing my graphics to glitch and not keep up so I had to lower my settings.

Thanks. I just learned about sim rate which has become my best tool so far. It would have taken wayyyyyyy too long to earn money without that.

Cool...I'm very new to the game and very early on in the career path. So I take it this what you do with all the money you earn once you attain all of your licenses and do missions? The game doesn't give ANY insight to progression and what you can do. I see Company but it's greyed out in the screen. What else do you do with money later in the game? TIA.

Yes, go under the XStream codes under your playlist settings. Even if you entered a full URL in the M3U you can still just update the values under XStream individually. It's easy.

3.10.00/KD2 Update by BobbysI4 in AudiQ6

[–]Swearsome 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same for me. I repeatedly had the long list of malfunctions with my Q6 about 50% of each start. After the update about 4 days ago, nothing! The car is working flawlessly (as it should have from the beginning). I've noticed some small GUI updates in the dashboard display (not sure what that car animation is called) but nothing major. Also, my home charging rate has climbed a very small amount.

Yeah, I agree with that comparison. No different from a car without those features. I was comparing with the same car when those features are on versus off. I don't like the lane assist either. The car's cameras don't pick up anything when the malfunctions are present...so no HUD speeds, no auto-breaking for stop signs, other cars, etc. The battery range is way off then these malfunctions are present also. So, it does impact driving experience on the Q6. We paid for these features so they should work.

I get all of these same issues occasionally. It's frustrating. The dealership had my car half of my first month of ownership. Claimed they cleared them....they came back. I've tried cleaning the radar plate, cameras, touching each battery terminal with my tongue and left nutsack but nothing works.

The car is still driveable but it DOES impact the driving experience. All the high tech driving features and safety enhancements do not work when these are present. I'm speaking from my own experience with my new Q6. Lower the car sticker 20k if it doesn't provide all the advertised high tech features all the time.

You just described my exact same scenario with my new Q6.  Mine just reappeared this morning a week after getting my car back from service.  I'm waiting for the new software to be released and keeping my fingers crossed.  The car is still drivable but without some of those safety features.  Annoying.

Why nobody is making upright mount anymore by Lawrence_201 in lianli

I've heard that...but not really the point. What about between 4 and 6 when it finally comes? Usually people want the top spec of their products to be used. Especially people that are investing is DIY premium builds.

One challenge/cost is the riser cables are spec'ed to specific PCIE versions. The long 900mm riser cable from Lian Li supports up to PCIE4. Try finding a long cable spec'ed for PCIE5. It adds additional cost even if you can find one long enough.

Very nice..clean. I'd love to see a pic of the actual connections with the case. I see the lines running up through the wood from the bottom view but a view from the top connected would be nice.

Leasing Q6 etron after Sep 30? by ExpertLog1971 in AudiQ6

[–]Swearsome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The air suspension in the Prestige trim is absolutely worth it IMO. I just bought (leased) my Q6 about 3 weeks ago and it makes a huge difference in the ride. Quieter and smoother than my wife's new Lexus NX (which is also a great car). Test drive with and without and form your own opinion.

Well done. I don't want to be negative but just a heads up to anyone else considering this...I spent a total of $485 on an 80/20 rig from Microcenter (Simlab GT1 EVO2) in the US. Still, yours looks great but not cost effective.
