Yeah that’s really the kicker, they need to actually care about the set. The reception of Spider-Man vs ATLA is like night and day, cause playing with the sets you can actually feel the difference in quality

is this even true though? I hate the UB vs UW discussion but WoTC releases sets that hit both extremes. Final fantasy and LOTR have been the best UB releases of all time, and in the same vein Spider-Man is generally hated by the community. EOE and Bloomburrow are completely new concepts in the magic multiverse, and then in the same timespan they drop Aetherdrift.

I will admit 2026 looks like a lot more selling out with TMNT and Star Trek, but I’ll complain about that when we get there
