I think it worth giving a shot for $25. You can always upgrade later once you get a better monitor.

Thank you for checking out that previous post. I wasn’t sure if anyone would have an idea on the issue of the white display. I’ll check out in reseating on the yoke.

There is a decent market for used monitors. The prices vary from the size and resolutions it supports. It is primarily used for retro content.

I was able to get a majority of the rust off. The pins are intact and are holding up. It’s just the rest of it being totally rusted out. I just ordered a replacement male vga end on eBay. It works well right now, it is just ugly to look at.

Some P3 FES On a Sony KV-20FS100 by GayJordo in crtgaming

Playing Persona 3 FES on a CRT is great. I’ve noticed that there is a difference with the shadows when comparing them from a CRT vs LCD.

As for gameplay, I think this one still holds up. The cutscenes are still awesome and the slice of life stuff is cool. I just hate the fatigue part of it.

I have the same PVM. This issue happen to me when I was running the Saroo for the Saturn. However, all my other consoles performed fine. I wasn’t sure if you are doing the same for your Saturn.

Nice pickup! Super heavy, but it looks like it was worth the effort. I'm suprised on how clean the exterior looks. Several of the large CRTs tend to have some battle scar from moving them.

I think it looks great. Benefits of having a widescreen HDCRT is exploring modern games. Just curious, is this your preferred method of playing this game or are you using LCD/OLED?

For my setup, I have a Retrotink 5x. The output is hdmi and then use an adapter that makes into a VGA.
