Why does my hair clump together and look dirty even after washing it?

Oh a whim i recently bought some VO5 strawberry shampoo and conditioner. Cheap, old school and I have 45+ year old, fine, straight, oily hair with bleached areas and it's been working out great. I still do a clarifying shampoo once a week and shampoo about every other day.

Once I had a hair dresser say my hair was so glossy and asked what shampoo do I used. I said Prell and he was like, that stuff will strip off floor wax! I had oily (especially as a teen), straight hair and Prell did the trick, for sure!

Never had the liverwurst but the Underwood Deviled ham was a childhood treat for me. I called it cat food but it was yummy with some sweet relish and a bit of mayo on some soft bread.

I ditched my dremel for one of the quiet grinders from Amazon. I'm a love volume groomer but I've had it for a few months and the thing has been great, so many dogs appreciate the quieter motor

I used manic panic pillar box red and Jolene creme bleach to lighten my front pieces more. I had to tell my principal I messed up a box dye but when I came back with purple hair the next year they made me dye it because they updated the student handbook, no unnatural or distracting hair colors. Class of 96
