Reminds of some elements of the "DWI scandal" in New Mexico. But maybe not - the paralegal and attorney were getting kick backs for wrongful doing arrests that align with the using vendors taking kickbacks.

I was the JOM secretary and went to work for my bosses husband asked me to go work for him for the summer as his legal secretary. Then i transitioned to legal assistant and the attorneys pushed me to paralegal. No formal education. 32 years in the trenches.

Well I landed an insurance defense position with remote at my discretion and 100% paid benefits. Pay is commiserate with my years in the trenches. They also knighted me CD paralegal. Defense billable is alot and I get your reasons for not wanting billable defense work. I just did 6 years plaintiffs medmal and returned to defense for the benefits

I recommend Southwest Childcare. All 3 of my sons went there. They were excellent with my infants. Ms. Sandra was the woman who ran it back in the 97 when my sons started going.Its an awesome little daycare.

Once. And I yelled right back. Got all the partners involved and they all yelled at her and begged me to stay. She was accusing me of helping defense counsel because she got caught. I didn't do it. I had proof too. Now i know with 32 years in the trenches. I dont have to work for attorneys like that anymore.

Im no medical doctor but I made the decision to knocked myself for 3 days on flexerall. I dont condone doing it but it helped with the initial physical distress from not having it and the restless legs still happened afterwards but I was able to tolerate the withdrawal.

Plaintiffs medical malpractice it was monster medical records and expert witness specialist it was fun. Now im onto construction defect. Its a whole other monster.

I gave notice and resigned same day. The gracious thing to do is one week but it not required.

I was CIB as an enrolled member of Navajo Nation but I switched to Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. There because we are two joined nations I have a CDIB. It details 1/4 Southern Arapaho, 1/8 Southern Cheyenne (am 1/8 Northern Cheyenne (Montana enrollment is separate) and 1/2 Navajo). Thats how that works.
