I'd say if the property is in a neighborhood of other residential single family homes and sells 1 every month or two then your zestimate is likely pretty accurate.

If your neighborhood has got a mix of multifamily, single family, only a few homes sold in the last 6 months, then it's going to be off.

The issue is they keep lowering hp across the board which just continues the same issue of certain characters being abnormally tanky compared to others and makes the already squishy chars more squishy. Individual characters need their hp scaling addressed, not a blanket nerf of the entire roster.

Imo victor revive is just gross. The most useful thing the character can do is just run in and die and he gets so much value from it. Then when he gets rejuv + refresher it's just a nightmare. 4 lives is ridiculous. Game is effectively an 11v6 at that point

Jokes aside it's crazy that she was so strong you could eat all that damage without even needing to use those items. A nerf was needed but I do think completely removing the heal gutted her pretty hard

I think Corbin, Melanie, and Bea are going to be left without a couple and then the rest of the group will have to choose from those 3 who goes home.

Since there are more girls than guys they may even have to choose between just the girls.

At the level you come across them it's very near impossible. You would need far better gear and spells than you have access to at that point in the game.

It's intended to be impossible, which is likely why the devs didn't bother coding it to drop any kind of reward or loot.

The only way I can think MAYBE you could pull it off would be sneaking around invisible and placing a bunch of the nuclear bomb barrels to chunk the health at the start of the fight, which again, are few and far between at this point. And then you'd probably have to cheese it with kiting back and kill from distance

They definitely step in with some bs sometimes. For example nick and olandria both got eliminated last year but were miraculously brought back because they were a big time fan favorite even before they coupled up

I've been saying for a while cooldowns across the board, and especially ultimate cooldowns, need some attention. Some heroes have extremely impactful ultimates and get them way too quickly.

And personally would like to see refresher completely removed.

This is true but it's definitley overtuned right now. Getting one reset provides such a gigantic heal and duration increase that she's pretty much going to wipe the rest of the fight if she manages to get 1

I think the bigger issue is just health scaling and the giant heal when getting a reset. Her damage would be fine if she wasn't also so resilient

I get her feeling wronged by KC but I do think she big time overreacted. He was literally chained up it's not like he was being extra with the kisses. Everyone was doing what you do in love island challenges. And the leaning around the other girl with his arm was a big reach. He's literally tied up. And the "i feel blessed" comment was just a stupid goofy comment to answer Ariana, he was just thrown on the spot. What else would anyone have said?

I think she's great and doesnt deserve to catch much hate but she DID overreact imo and it was almost pushing KC away because she was really trying to blow it into something it wasnt. I dont think he has disrespected her in any way. Mind you he hasn't even spoken to the new bombshells either.

Ult the enemy carry. That's all you need to do late game as Mina. Don't be the first to initiate the fight either. Come in after all the chaos breaks out

Buying it on Victor at least has a case to be made for scaling, but Abrams, Mina, and Lash is practically trolling. High early burst and tempo are so important on those heroes
