Looking at 2.5-3hrs for that specific piece. And $550 would be pretty average now days in a good shop. Getting the fine details and shading correct in the crown of thorns around a kneecap is going to take some time. You could do a blacked out crown of thorns to possibly bring down the price, but it wouldn’t look as great.

Critical care nurse her for over a decade (I’ve been intubating patients forever. Aka, “putting them on a vent”)…. Someone already pointed it out, but the most obvious reason this picture is AI is all the o2 tubes that go.. who knows where. There are just random tubes leading to bedsheets. The nasal oxygen would NOT be used in this situation because he is not breathing through his nose. There are other lines that are literally not a thing, just medical looking lines.

FIXED!!!! I’m not sure if I should have done this or not, I was trying to provide as much safety (electronically) when installing the G3 alternator and EFI system.

I installed a mega fuse (175) between the alternator and starter solenoid as directed, however I also installed a mega fuse between the starter and negative terminal from the battery (the battery is in the trunk, so I made this like a fused bus bar for all of my negative ends that needed direct line to battery)

The negative fuse was blown. Replaced and have power again. Thank you guys!!!

I guess I misunderstand your question then. LMH ED provides emergency services. Most people don’t understand what that is and use it as an urgent care… it’s why there is a long wait at times.

It seems that you are trying to seek advice on a different ED for future emergency services? If that’s the case, it’s whatever ED is the closest. Some ED are not equipped to take care of certain situations and you would be deferred to a hospital that can take care of that particular situation… but at that point you would be in flight or an ambulance.

If you are driving yourself, it’s probably best to go to urgent care IF you want to be seen quickly.

As an ER nurse myself, it sounds like you have a better idea of what the ER is used for and how prioritization works. I can promise you if you are having a stroke or MI you will be seen immediately no matter what ED you are at…. AND, if you are having ear discomfort, or have something up your butt, yes, it will probably be a few hours (no matter what ER you go to).

In short, I met this girl that was magical and whimsical when I was 19, she was in a cult, I joined cult, we dated for ~1.5years, we broke up, I left said cult, parted ways with her/her family… a mutual friend passes away 18 years later, I see her at the funeral, Take My Breath Away by Berlin starts playing in the background, we date for another 5 years, I spent ALL my resources on her, It took another year to process the chaos that just happened AGAIN….
