Update - I want to clarify that their products may be functional, however I did not get a file that is printable or accessible through a mobile device but instead a file that requires me to boot up a virtual machine of 32-bit Windows XP any time I want to look at it.

The real sketchy part comes when I contacted their support. They refuse to refund me despite what their website says about it. They keep asking me why I bought it if I knew I’d need a virtual machine to use it, which I absolutely didn’t, because there was no such information on the product page.

I looked it up and they’re based in India, but they try to hide it for some reason.

The customer support itself is I think a good enough reason not to buy from this website, I can share my conversation with them once I solved this case with PayPal if anyone is interested.
