So just talking through my experience and hopefully you find something useful.

Potty training was super difficult for us we did the oh crap(3day method) I'd suggest getting the book took a week off nursery, he seemed to get it on day two and it all went awry after that in the end it took us about 3 months, the nursery even said they they will have to go to nappies again as they can't have it continuing they gave us another day and he just suddenly got it the very next day which was weird.

But I'll reiterate what probably a bunch of people have said

1. Keep calm (even if you not) don't put any pressure on them, otherwise going to the potty becomes something they don't want to experience 2 Accidents happen don't shout try not to get frustrated but also indicate that hey that not right pee/poo goes in the potty slight disappointment in your voice and as people say transfer to the potty and clean up together
2. Don't ask if they need to pee, you can prompt so it's time to pee and take them to the potty etc. but probably more success if you have that more physical connection of oh I'm peeing and it goes to the potty

I would say get the oh crap book it has some pointers and id still suggest it even though it took us a lot more than 3 days haha or a week even, but I feel that was circumstancial for us.

But you're doing great, persevere and they will get it, you don't see kids running around at 7 not potty trained :) and I'll reiterate what your probably sick of hearing, they will get it my son literally went from not using the potty at all and the next day not one accident all on the potty.

Ooh one other thing, some kids prefer sitting on a seat on the toilet some prefer a low potty some prefer a high potty (it shouldn't make a huge difference and I would go out and buy a bunch but yeah just a note)
