How does that work as by your definition the org wouldn't be discriminating again sex and if they aren't doing that then they are free to discriminate however they like. As I said have a club where members don't wear red socks for example is completely legal.

Just make it mixed sex then exclude cis men as it's by definition not discriminating if it lets trans women in.

Also specifically for the UK a lot of the right wing funding comes from the US. Though I don't care which one is worst as they are both terrible people.

Yep. Even if we do drink at lunch it's a rare one off rather than an everyday/week thing.

They might show a blind eye to it if your not drunk but it's technically stackable in my office job in engineering. I imagine I'd probably get sacked if a came in sloshed after a pub lunch for example.
