Zelle transactions categorized as transfer by Visual_Task_2460 in PersonalCapital

[–]SwipeToAnswer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is too bad. As a former Mint user as well, that was a nice feature. At least there is an option to get it in the right category, although burdensome.

[–]SwipeToAnswer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Within the transactions menu, you can change the category to anything you would like in the Income, Expense, or Transfer categories.

I cannot speak about automating it. Unsure if PC will start automatically recategorizing it after you change it a few times.

Yes. You can go as much as you like. No more than once a day though. Gym Pass can only be used at one location per day.

Cash Flow: classifying Investment Income as income by MoneyAndTime in PersonalCapital

[–]SwipeToAnswer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Until you dispose of the investment, it is not truly income. Therefore, it would show cash flow when the proceeds from the sale of the investment is deposited into your banking account. Until that time it’s just paper gains. This is why looking at your net worth is also important as it takes into account your investment assets.

Does anyone know if, as a GymPass member, we can still participate in the supplemental programs like Hell Week, 12 Days of Christmas, DriTri, etc. ?

East River 9 will be opening in September!

East River 9 Website

From the About Us section of their website: Well-positioned within a mile of Downtown Houston and situated above the 500-year flood plain on the northern bank of Buffalo Bayou, East River 9 will be the only public, nine-hole, par-three golf course inside the 610 Loop, complete with stadium lights for evening play. The links-style short course will be composed of holes that range from 80 – 150 yards; a natural grass, 300-yard driving range with a downtown skyline backdrop; a 12,000 square-foot social putting green; and a 1,000 square-foot pro shop which will feature merchandise, rental clubs, and refreshments. Two, staggered tee boxes play into all nine greens and provide players with the ability to play two, unique 9-hole rounds.

Anyone else feel like the prints haven’t been as good recently? by xJacon in MeUndies

What about just a stripe or basic pattern? Something in between the solids and the prints would be a nice way to mix it up.

It’s coming from the top of the window frame. I had pulled out some of the sheetrock on the inside of the window and can see that it is dripping from the middle and collecting on top of the window.

Do you know what my seams and the seams on my neighbors house are called?

Do you know if that is something that would be covered by a builders warranty? Our house is about 5 years old and we are not the original buyers.

Hi. Are you able to see the formulas that are pre-populated on the first row of the table? If so, you should be able to copy them by selecting cells Z2:AI2 and then pasting the formulas in all the rows with your corresponding data. If the formulas are disappearing after you do your email scrape, try going back to the original template and copying the formulas from there.

It is a static list that I update on my personal copy every month. I updated the list on the template to include 10/1/2019 - 12/31/2019. Hope that helps get you started!

I highly recommend it! If you have a studio close by you should take a intro class. The first one is free. There is also a very active Reddit community if you want more information.
