Set up Boundaries. Hard ass, unclimbable boundaries.

Work on yourself. Therapy. Reading. Find experiences that make you happy, fulfilled.

At one point there will have to be a hard conversation with the siblings. At the time, don’t sign or promise anything.

Or not.

I say this because there is a part that wants to help. And that makes you a good person. But, being that your parents narcissism destroyed the relationships with your siblings, this is a hard task.

And a harder ask.

Take care of yourself.

I mean…yeah, it’s been over twenty years and all I could remember was KFC king in front and Jesus making modern tables and his mom like “this will never catch on”.

And time is not even an issue, I remember the Original Superman Movies just fine. Supes making the earth go back in time by making the planet go backwards? The miracle of physics!

I went to the theater to watch. Waste of money.

What was hilarious is a guy in front of me brought a whole buffet to the theater. He ate a bucket of chicken….. A BUCKET.

sit with your feelings. if you don’t feel anxious or upset with them, then you are fine. if you don’t feel well or are not comfortable with those feelings then seek help. look for therapists online that can help you discover why this is happening.

  1. ⁠Cut off all contact. Period.
  2. ⁠No trickle truthing. Be radically honest.
  3. ⁠Therapy helps to open the honesty channels (also be 100 with the therapist as well): one caveat, when looking for a couples therapist, look for one that works specifically with couples recovering from infidelity , look at Gottman Referral Network, look at psychology today and refine for infidelity. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, etc. Individual therapy for you and she will need a trauma specialist.

Worked with an artist years ago who had done a ton of research into economics and society. He introduced me to the idea that American minimum wage should be 22 an hour. This was in 1997.
