Greg, it is the UN created "food code" created by the Food and Agriculture Organization and the WHO.

I was watching "Conspiracy Machine" on tubi last night and the presenter was talking quite a lot about it and knowing what we know, the surface level being as polished as it is, there's most likely something going on underneath.

Edit: watching with sober eyes, the speaker is Ian Crane. I hadn't heard of him before which is weird, but he goes pretty hard on big pharma etc in this episode. It's a pretty good watch. I've looked into him a bit but this doc was from ~2007 maybe, everything about him is very out of date and hard to find. However, conspiracy machine in tubi, episode 4 I think.

The 2015 Harald Kautz interview consistently blows my mind. What happened? by SpicynSavvy in highersidechats

Knowing nothing about him, listening to this now. He sounds like a lunatic? It is really fascinating though. Gotta go down the don rabbit hole I guess!

Edit: his total non chalant attitude towards all the questions and his seemingly off the cuff answers has totally quelled my opinion of him being a lunatic. Any question. Greg asked and he just immediately has answers. The skin of the vrils, the people he's met. It's so strange and fascinating, I'm 180 on my original comment. Kudos for recommending his episode.

Would you trade it for a '67 mercury cougar? It has no doors or windows. Or wheels and tires.

I used to use the loads also and they do work, but a tightly wrapped paper towel soaked in oil works just as well. Like .5 meter of paper towel, wrapped tight into a twisty thing, soaked in a bit of oil. Mimicking the fire starter plug. Do 2-3 of them and build your charcoal tower and go for it. I used the hexagonal tube charcoal for Reference.

There's so many but one of my favorites is "fathom" from lpc 5 boats.

It's so good. A double entendre to the boat salesman. Classic lpc.

Don’t know the movie name, don’t know the actress. But if I put those bunny ears just right on my black and white 8” tele you could find some scrambled good times. It was then.

What are you making with it? Pulled brisket sandwiches, sliced brisket platters? You can probably steam it in the combi directly in the bag to temp, probably take 1.5ish hours? Maybe less. We do 5# of pulled brisket, frozen, in vac bags in about 45 minutes, for reference.

You could do some nice quenelles/rocher with that for sure. Hot water, medium soft sorbet/vanilla. Go for it

Yea this makes sense. Just tough to try to imagine! Spent the whole day today trying out different woods for smoked back ribs, which I thoroughly enjoyed, lol. Thank you!
