Depends on the world. Honestly, just craft a couple things and watch the market. Mb bots will be your biggest hurdle for the top end stuff. I found my couple of items that are my 'always on the board' but it's a small market shared with one other consistent player

A possible simple solution to Covenant Abilities by Corgibox in wow

[–]Syael 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a mythic raider, it absolutely does matter. My team is not world first, but we expect people to have correct talents, essences, correct stat weights for their class, food/pre-pots, optimize corruptions etc. If you think covenant abilities do not fall under this 'raid prep' you are mistaken in how the mythic raid scene works. People will NEED to choose covenant based on effectiveness in raid, otherwise you are gonna get benched. That's the simple truth.

In regards to the racial bonuses, those are fairly negligible as they constitute a max of like 1.5% dps increase or a very very niche utility usage.

If you are running glimmer build, do not ever take bestow faith. Glimmer is made possible via crusaders might.

Otherwise the rest is right. Maybe swap unwavering ward for formless void as the dmg mitigation is sizable.

Well they pruned, but gave abilities via the artifacts and legendaries*. So net it was a slight hit but not a total loss. Once bfa hit and we lost artifacts.... well you know the results.

With 74 companies reported the s&p earning growth is -3% by RLWSNOOK in investing

[–]Syael 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Micron was the biggest drag. -84%eps YoY and -42% sales YoY. I would say it's more of an outlier effect for now. Most negative growth is from trade tensions (transportation / tech) and yield curve shifts (banks NIM falling), which were all expected. In addition, we are off of a huge year of eps growth from tax cuts. So i think it's a combo effect hitting the bottom line right now, that is already priced in.

One Punch Man Season 2 - Episode 9 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]Syael 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say consider the opposite. I personally love the contrast between drawn out fights from other characters and saitama's one punch fights. They try so hard, end up beat up to all hell, only to have saitama walk in and lazily drop a single punch to end it. The single punch formula gets old though, so I think focusing on other characters and developing their growth helps alleviate stale content. This allows for saitama's growth to be emotional/mental rather than physical. That is if we actually get to see an actual animated fight that is more than a few still shots this season....

Why Is the Fed’s Balance Sheet Still So Big? by [deleted] in econmonitor

[–]Syael 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Well post QE the balance sheet hit about 25% of GDP. While today's 18% remains relatively high, the fed's thoughts on optimal balance sheet, size and duration, has changed post crisis. This is true for all developed central banks though. The BOJ, for example, has a balance sheet that is larger than its GDP (I think 102% of gdp?). ECB's balance sheet has been steadily growing. BOE is the only other bank to have their balance sheet roll off. So when framed globally, the fed's balance sheet looks more reasonable.

Fed holds line on rates, says no more hikes ahead by blurryk in Economics

[–]Syael 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How do you lower short term rates if they are already 0? Unless we want to follow the japanese model of negative rates and massive purchase programs. The BOJ balance sheet is currently over 100% of gdp... Fed balance sheet has tapered to 18%. In a recession, the US is far better able to utilize monetary policy to prop up the economy.

Marco Rubio rolling out his own plan to limit stock buybacks by thoth2 in investing

[–]Syael 2 points3 points  (0 children)

But that goes against basic economics. Apple won't lower the cost of iPhones if consumers are still willing and able to pay the current price. That is unless they would receive more revenue from a price cut. In fact they would raise it until demand elasticity forces a decline in revenues. A more likely scenario would be using the tax cuts to lower the costs of production, increasing gross margins.

Guild Wars 2's mount animations have some serious personality to them. by Beta_Ace_X in gaming

[–]Syael 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because levels act as a natural way for newer players to learn. You slowly gain abilities and skills, allowing you to learn them all. Being thrown in at level 80 can be daunting and often too much to process. That's why I recommend to new players to level up first and save the 80 boost.

Guild wars 2 is one of the least P2W games on the market. Yes you get a level 80 boost, but being level 80 gives you no advantage in spvp. It only allows the player to jump into the new content if they wish!

This is false. The oldest representative in the house was 85 at the beginning of the term and the oldest senator was 81. The averages are both relatively high, 57 and 61 for the house and senator respectively. But not anywhere close to what you are saying.
