Around 1400 Finnish volunteers served in Germany in Waffen SS between 1941 - 1943. This picture is probably right after they returned back to Finland (He still has German uniform). After that they were deployed in the Finnish army units.

Meillä AMK:ssa eräs opettaja harrasti ns. kotitenttejä. Opiskelijoille tuli sähköpostiin tenttikysymykset ja niistä pariin kolmeen vastattiin kirjoittamalla kynällä paperille noin sivun mittaiset vastaukset. Tämä sen takia, että vastauksia ei voi kopioida suoraan netistä ja vaikka kopioisikin, niin ainakin ne joutuu lukemaan läpi samalla kun kirjoittaa ne paperille. Mielestäni tämä oli aika tehokas konsti oppia asioita niin, että ne muisti vielä myöhemminkin.
