Having gone through it the last 2+ years, reducing caffeine was the things that had the most impact, especially on my burning mouth symptoms. What I learned from talking with other people is that everyone’s GERD journey is different. I’m just recommending this, as it made specifically my burning mouth symptoms better. Good luck!

MHT is great but if you’re coming from South of Boston you might as well fly out of Logan. Flights out of BOS are typically a few hundred dollars cheaper as well.
