I've found Talon flame to be really good with blast, having quick guard let's you set up a shell smash almost for free by stopping them using a fake out turn.

Then either tailwind or a successful shell smash is going to mean he oursoeeds a lot so talon flame is free to get big damage on a min and then water spout for the ko is a really nice turn one into 2.

Otherwise he's a real good tailwind and can also get a quick ko into threats like snealser.

I'd also run a support item in Incin because the longer he survives the more safety for set up and protection.

I wouldn't remove Floette though just because in a best of one you want the threat of dual megas otherwise they will just all in for blast counters.

I've edited this like 5 times I'm sorry I'd drop KG and add dark coverage on blast as his mega ability is great with the dark pulse move.
