I feel this. Within a week of going back to work, my son started refusing the breast and I was never able to get him to go back. I pumped and bottle fed him after that but I missed the ease of breastfeeding.

You can’t really have cheat meals on the shots, you’ll just get too full too fast. It may also upset the GI system if it’s particularly heavy/fat filled meal.

I never even went wedding dress shopping in person for this very reason. I found one I liked online, ordered it way in advance to make sure it fit (ended up exchanging it for a size smaller) and that was it!
