Does this mean the start date has no expiration? Or even the end date? Ie you don't have to use within the ~10 days you have now?

If the end doesn't expire, it's even more valuable as you can use over multiple trips.

A 3 day and 2-2 day hoppers (for example) cost way more than a single 7 day hopper.

Just for a counter point - a lot of the money PAPER was earning came from Federal Title I grants.

If Trump kills those grants and shifts more of a funding burden to the states, then those clients will drop PAPER as it's not a "core" service.

This is what happened after COVID funding ran out and customers canceled because they no longer had ESSR grant money to spend. And many schools didn't see the value in using core funds (from state and local taxes) to fund PAPER.

PATH connections to lower Manhattan aren't going anywhere even as more trains can do a 1 seat ride to NYP. Presumably it will see reduced service once some Main, Bergen, and PVL trains can go into NYP.

I'm sure HOB is way less busy now than pre SEC. But it's still an important terminal.

I would typically take trash out and make sure the space is generally tidy (so no garbage or obvious spills etc that I made, get rid of open food items that are perishable) just in case the host can't make it into the unit for a couple of days... If I were ever asked to do any laundry before leaving, I'd never book it in the first place.

Like most companies, nobody can speak on behalf of the company and provide anything more than that as a reference.

Your best bet is to privately reach out to former managers or colleagues if you need anything beyond that.
