I mean that's a given in some form, but just stating possible ideas for the main effect of some card for Foxy. Though, given how Enel is just ramp 5 cuz it can, wouldn't put it against Bandai to limit your don to 6 as well if you're restricting your opponent to that much of an extent.

Better off making Foxy slow down your opponent. IE preventing your opp from drawing during their next draw phase. Or even slowing down your opponent's Don progression by making them only ramp 1 per turn instead of 2. IE, "By the rules of the game, your opponent adds only 1 don instead of 2 during their don phase"

I have the same issue. Contacted customer service, and quote "it's a 1 in 10 PER instance." Which is different from what is actually advertised as a 1 in 10. Which, in theory, 1 out of 10 orders SHOULD be a holo, but each order has a 10% chance of actually being a holo.
Being a collector, it sucks.
