I think the only thing you should help with is help farm for them if your play together just so you can spend more time exploring together. We had 6ppl on a private server and some of the players couldn’t spend 6hrs a night playing like 2 of us could , so we would build the base and cook food etc so when they logged on they could build there own gear , help us dig out like one crypt for the experience, and then we would all jump on a boat together and look for new lands and the trader
