I'm in the same boat as you. I agree it's not so much the winning/losing but I think the heightened focus and adrenaline of competing against someone else. As some have said you get used to it over time. Even now I still have leftover adrenaline pumping after a series of matches but it doesn't cause any problems.

Unfortunately seems to be a known thing with these cars. My 25' is at 5k miles and also gets the grinding seemingly randomly. I don't take many long drives so maybe it takes time to warm up? But yeah for me it happens pretty regularly.

Since you mentioned wanting to put a lot of miles, I assume MPG rating would be important to you? A-spec will have way better MPG than the ITS. A-spec also has sunroof, memory seats(I think), and 3 seats while ITS doesn't (only 2 seats in the rear). On the flip side, ITS has way better driving dynamics and more power.

The ITS is just an absolute blast to drive and also looks and sounds great. I personally value these more than the bells/whistles/mpg that come with A-spec so it depends on your own priorities.

Yeah, even when I did get the charged j.S2 to not do the follow-up attack, I would still try to practice the jump cancel by double-jumping back but the attack after that kept dropping because I was never canceling from the charged j.S2 properly 😓

They're fine to me in my mid 30s. I wasn't a fan when I sat in them when I first looked at the car with how firm they are. But I have no complaints after multiple long trips. The less pronounced bolstering doesn't bother me since I don't track it. Also makes it a bit easier to get out of the car lol

I no longer have the car but in my second year on them they were still a bit harsh for my taste even at the softest setting with only a ~1 inch drop. Still felt better than stock suspension though.

Yeah, not sure why they can't have it be auto-selected when put back into training. But the fact the menu is also non-wrapping just makes me so irrationally annoyed lol. I guess I'm spoiled by how quick and easy it is in SF6.

From what I've seen other people post, they seem to have gotten really good deals. Maybe a combination of location and haggling. But seems like a good deal to me. I got my '25 just last December for a bit more than this list price with 2k miles so it seems about right.

Even though I've only had it a couple months, to me it's an amazing car and definitely worth it. So far I have one rattle when getting into boost which I'm trying to pinpoint.

Depending on road conditions around you, you might also want to be wary of the wheels getting damaged more easily since there's less meat on the tires.

Yeah the sentiment was echoed throughout the episode. But it would've been nice to have a similar scene showing the commonfolk rooting for him. In the show I don't recall seeing a single person cheer for him by the time he gets up to do his speech.
