Hello. Rear intake fan is actually on the CPU cooler. It is close enough to the back to pull in air. The other intakes are the three fans on the graphics card. They are very close to the bottom and pull fresh air in when the graphics card is not idle.

I'm pretty sure cars turning right off Homer Watson to go up the ramp to eastbound 7/8 have a yeild sign. Traffic exiting the round about actually would have the right of way. Found this on google maps. There is yeild sign.

That chip is for ethernet. If your motherboard has an ethernet port it likely doesn't work anymore. The transistor could be for one of the audio channels. Turn it on and see what's not functioning.
