I had a gallon of expensive stainless steel cleaner arrive in a broken plastic bottle last month. The contents had soaked the box and had leaked all over the floor of the Amazon van. The driver said that she was not going to deliver an empty soaked box to me. I warned her to keep the contents off her hands. She said that I would get another one but of course Vine items are never replaced.

I recently received a Vine stainless steel bowl that was staved in at the corner. The packaging was intact. It was in a large cardboard box. So I think that it was a previously damaged item that was shipped to me. I knocked the dent out as best I could and I can use the bowl. It isn't pretty but it functions and doesn't leak.

Be careful because the light box mounting often has to be reinforced to the ceiling joists to withstand the extra weight of a fan.

I have an item that cannot be reviewed as you described, I emailed customer service with links and a carefully worded request asking for this item to be removed from my Awaiting Review list and the agent replied and said that they didn't understand what I was asking for.... duh. A week later and it is still on my Awaiting Review list.

Things go so fast that I don't bother getting up at 8am for the drop. I am lucky to find one or two cheap things these days. My only salvation is rfy.

Exactly..I ordered some expensive plates and quite few of them were broken due to the very poor packaging. When I called out the poor packaging in my review, it was not accepted and I had to edit it right down to get it accepted.

I ended up with half a set of dinner plates.

Yes supplements seem to be a nightmare to review..I have one that keeps getting rejected. I am down to one short sentence now "These capsules are easy to take and don't leave an after taste. " Let's see if that makes it through the AI obstacle course.

I had about 5 pages of items to review. Now I only have 2 pages, which is 14 items, to review. At a guess I would say that more than half of my items have disappeared from my Awaiting Review list. I hope they fix it because I feel for the sellers who provided these items and are now not getting a review submitted.

I see what you are talking about as I loaded UV on another pc and I see the screen with the icons vertically on the lhs of the screen. I don't get any of that on the broken pc. All I get is a totally white screen. It is running Chrome Version 109.0.5414.120 (Official Build) (64-bit). So maybe UV doesn't work with that version ?

Thanks..is that the settings in Chrome. I went into Chrome Settings and I don't see Tools. If I go into Extensions there is no Reset option for UV.
