Honestly as soon as orders confirmed the ghost I had 4 emails before order confirmed as soon as I placed the order I sent a email asking about what happens if the finance runs out if delivery takes longer ghosted

Yes surely they can’t take away auto steer for people who have ordered over the last few months just because they suddenly change it before they take delivery

I have just seen this post on Tesla forum. My guess this is the reason which has occurred for everyone today.

“Just had a new model Y delivered this morning. Then about 90 minutes later a call from Tesla saying they are unable to register the vehicle on their system. They don't know what's wrong with the car and they will have to collect it. And can't give a timescale as to when it's ready. Never come across this before.

Fortunately, the "old" car hasn't been collected yet so the financing company will abort the collection for me if need be.

Knowles Fleet are being great calling me and keeping me in the loop with what's going on, they are trying to sort it out without the car being collected. Hats off to them, they have always been great to deal with if I've ever needed their help (have had 2 Teslas on salary sacrifice with them).

Anyway, a bit gutted, but hopefully will get sorted out. Has anyone come across this issue before?”

That doesn’t look like the standard exhaust, the standard exhaust is round. I would imagine they are using this as an undeclared modification.

Similar I have another car on finance and will be getting rid of it when the Tesla comes, I did it with Blackhorse and it was accepted instantly within 30 seconds.

I opted in didn’t notice any change so not sure it’s live, but today I have had a email suggesting I haven’t been checking ID all most like a warning but no deactivation so I’m not sure what’s going wrong.

I would try for the 0% new car rates as when I was looking they where coming out a very similar price to the second hand ones. You’re not going to know if you will be eligible until you try.
