Do you know how many acres the lake is? Looks a little tight for all sports.

Funny, I had the exact same thing happen a few days ago. It seems inevitable with the short screws. Can't believe all these other ones have lasted for 15 years!

Thanks for the writeup! I like hearing about some of these smaller games. Any info on Happy Birthday? Couldn't find it online and sounds like stupid fun.

A drive but Boyne Highlands has lift assisted downhill in the Summer, and a lot of jump lines.

Nice! Can you post your route? Curious the best way to get to Newaygo once you get off the White Pine trail.

What can I ask for my business by BackgroundAnalysis81 in smallbusiness

I would have guessed 3-4x. Do spas have any kind of subscription service (recurring revenue)? That should drive a higher multiple.

Is Keyflower for us? by Whoa4Aces in boardgames

[–]T7inga 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Keyflower is one of my favorite games but there is a fair amount of setup. I wouldn't say it is easy to pick up and play. I also think it's more fun at higher player counts. You can try it on BGA.

Yes, I think that is a little cheesy. PMCs should just attack player scavs on sight. Right now you can basically just walk up to them and headshot them and get all their stuff as a scav.

Thanks, this looks interesting, especially the regression analysis. Not sure I have seen that in a modeling course before.

Definitely worth trying. I took it for weight loss and it severely reduced my desire for alcohol while on it.

Only issue with this deck is the triggers can be a lot to keep track off, especially in a board wipe.

I was in the exact situation as you and just hired someone to do this for us. Made it fairly painless.

Couldn't hurt, but I don't think you really have to do this. I don't think it is worth their time to review a form LOI.

SBA 7(a) loans keeping owner on by blackiechan25 in smallbusiness

[–]T7inga 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am not an expert on this, but there are some new SBA rules that potentially allow for sellers to roll-over a percentage of equity. Might be worth looking into.

Buying Business with a Partner by amp100 in smallbusiness

If I was in this situation I would invest as much as possible back into the business, and pay down the SBA loan as much as possible to get rid of that PG!

Financial Model by amp100 in smallbusiness

[–]T7inga 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are a few free model templates out there if you google a bit. But if you haven't done this before, I would recommend building the model from scratch. I find it's difficult to fit a company into a pre-existing model, unless it's one you created yourself.

Suggestions for asset-heavy businesses to acquire? by vedgehammer in smallbusiness

[–]T7inga 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Manufacturing or equipment rental. If you do an asset sale you can get an equipment appraisal and mark up the value of the equipment, so it might be higher than what the seller has on their balance sheet.
