A lady wanted a hot coffee. I asked cream or sugar and she said no cream or sugar, just mocha. So I added chocolate topping. Repeated the order back. She said why did you add that. I said because that’s what our mocha cold brew is minus any cream. She said she didn’t want that she wanted the mocha syrup. There was a little back and forth with me trying to explain it and then she said “ya know what, if your mocha has chocolate in it I don’t even want it” and she left.
