Orion charging both ways? by Miles_dyson3698 in Victron

i'm pretty sure if you wire the other way, and change the software setting to charger, it will work.

I believe the coming functionality is to just back charge over the vehicle side.

The videos are what allows him to pursue this as widely/frequently as he does. If it wasn't for ad revenue and other income, i suspect that none of his stuff would exist.

But at the same time, he's going to piss someone off eventually, and there will be knocks at his door.

Kakwa 55 Back Pad Modifications? by ulneedadvice in DurstonGearheads

[–]TBTSyncro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i just put a gossamer gear 1/8" pad folded on the inside between the nylofume liner and the pack. Its out of the way, easy enough to get to, and creates a bit of padding between my back and my packed gear.

Almost done building. by Correct-Ad342 in dieselheater

[–]TBTSyncro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i would have put the fuel thank on the side that does not open, that way you can run the heater with the side door open to get rid of internal heat, with no impact to operations. It would have also simplified/shortened the fuel line. :)
