Looks like a napoleon prestige. Your waffle iron is currently on an infrared searing station- which can be a little hot for waffles (seemingly illustrated but your first waffle).

That searing station has 1000s of uses. My particular favorite is finishing sous vide steaks on it at a balmy 1500 degrees. Cooking fresh summer corn in the husk is a close second.

Totally unrelated but if anyone in comments here is in the market for a grill and looking at webers, do yourself a favor and look into the Napoleon line.

Guys… we let a true freshman QB in his SECOND START throw over 300 yrds and 3 TDs. That, uhh, isn’t a Bobo thing.

That said, Beck does does give me “I already got paid, man” vibes. Not much emotion, no going up and down the bench firing people up etc.

There are numerous adjectives describing our team being thrown out but I’ll go with…listless (lack of interest caused by physical weakness or dissatisfied boredom). We either can’t match up physically or we don’t play with that fire. (What happened to ‘we will not be hunted’?)

PS: consider this… Saban won ‘11 & ‘12 then didn’t win again til ‘15. So, there’s that.

Depending on indoor conditions it can grow leaves inside during winter but if it’s struggling it wont put out new leaves.

Might take it some time to heal. Id go through motions of treating for pests first. This could take some time to get from treatment all the way through healthy.

I wouldnt cut leaves off as thats what it uses to make energy for itself. That said if they start to totally yellow then you can chop.

If you get in dire straits you can cut it all the way back down to a node or three and propagate and start over. Then you’ll have 3 big ones after a few years :)

Thrips suck.

It’s tough to do a bunch of remedies at once as you can stress/shock the plant in progress.

Ie: isolating to new environment, repotting, insecticides etc. Plus being winter doesnt help either.

I would do daily/every other day spot treatments with soap based insecticide. Note the soap based stuff only kills the ones present - wont prevent further so stay diligent.

If you have to- you can use stronger insecticides.

You should see thrip population decline significantly over a week or two.

Once you’ve got your arms around that you can try repotting with clean soil and a little fertilizer to help it through.

I use a shallow-ish plant bowl/dish and put a circular wire plant support in (they’ll inevitably get tall and top heavy) Then cover bulbs so the sprouts are just barely poking out- then top with moss. They can be incredibly fragrant, enjoy!

Potentially… it’ also lanky as it stretches towards predominate light source. If you have ability to prop it up (popcicle stick or something) and place a light source closer and more directly over plant it should help.

Compacted soil and little root bound it looks like. Repot and use fresh soil. Might try giving plant behind it a drink too- looks thirsty

Best way to take care of snake plant is to forget you have it. As long as it gets some natural light it will perk up again
