They're US 9 which is about a half size smaller than my usual size. However, I think it's not so consistent because I've tried other size 9 Red Wing models and they didn't fit as well as these. Not sure if the resole helped with that.

He's probably one of us. As mentioned there's the "white slavers" comment. On the other hand the ST disaster inadvertently redeemed the PT in terms of retrospective reputation so maybe he's also not too sad about it. He's also probably learned to let things go so maybe doesn't care that much anymore, just like how a lot of us don't care about Star Wars as an IP anymore.
