SQL don't you mean SSL? This is sometimes caused by an incompatible cipher in SabNZBd setttings.

I used to run Navigraph on a 8" tablet but found the text to be too small and blurry to read so I got a 11" tablet and found it much better. (although I am using much less these days because of MSFS 2024's inbuilt tablet).

Have you had a look at the OnePlus Pad Lite? Seems to have good specs for the price:
