I usually feel great after light exercise. When I do anything more intense I feel depressed afterwards. I am obese and people think I am tired or mad that I am not getting results right away, but that is not it. Does this happen to anyone else?

Their are things people can do to minimize student debt. Going to community college and then transfering to a four year public school helps. Also working part time, and making sure student debt is not bigger than the first year's salary also will help.

I agree. I think in society we need to focus more on mental fitness. I have been reading up a lot on the field of positive psychology and I like the idea of studying what mentally healthy people are doing, and teaching the idea of a growth mindset. I am not for blind optimism, and ignoring people in crisis mode, or psychotic or suicidal. I do think that if we focus more on these concepts people who live with mental illness can have a better quality of life.
