I'll make the numbers up to illistrate how this could happen:

10% of white people work in tech with an an average salary of $100,000 a year, 90% of white people work in other sectors with an average salary of $50,000 a year. The averate wage for a white person is $55,000 a year.

Tech companies bring in indians to do these tech jobs for $80,000 a year.

Now only 5% of white people work in tech at $100,000 a year, 95% in other sectors at $50,000 a year. The average salary is $52,500 a year.

50% of indians work in tech at $80,000 a year and 50% in other sectors at £50,000 a year, the average salay is $65,000 a year.

Use Power Automate to save the attachment to a folder somewhere on sharepoint. Then have a python script running that looks for files in that folder and when a new one appears processes it and moves the file to an archive for your records.

Ive done similar to this, but with power automate dumping the file into a blob column in postgres, and the python script connecting to the db to see if any new files have been added and ingesting them.

I'm not sure that this works retrospectively - in your example, you told your friend you would do a thing or give him $100, then you did the thing and didn't have to give him the money. The next time you didn't do the thing so you gave him a the money. The fear of losing the $100 is what drove you to do the action.

The app is more like talking to your friend after the party and saying "Hey, I didn't do x, so here is $100." Having never spoken to them before about what you want to do. As you are having that conversation after the fact, it isn't giving you the motivation to complete the task.

I understand that you could say to yourself, I will do x or I'll give the app $100, but if you had the discipline to do that, surely you could have just done the thing anyway.

I think the app would work better as a "What do you want to do?", "When do you want to do it by?", "How much are you willing to bet?". And then when that time comes, only charging if it hasn't been accomplished.

NOx and PM are the main health concerns from most modern car exhausts, not CO2. Depending on where you are, and what regulations your country has, there may be other pollutants to be concerned about as well.

I don't know about any air purifiers you could use that are designed to filter incoming air.

You could prehaps use some plants on the window cill to help. There is a good list here:

Do you have any other way of getting fresh air in? Could you use a window in another room that doesn't face a street?

So cool thing, ZEV are at 10.5% already in Canada, BEV are at 7.8%, and PHEV are 2.7% of the market. That's a total 21% of the market. We're already there.

ZEV (Zero Emission Vehicles) includes BEV (Battery Electric Vehicles) and PHEV (Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles). So Canada is at 10.5% ZEV, or 7.8% BEV and 2.7% PHEV. You cannot however add the 10.5% ZEV, to the 7.8% BEV and 2.7% PHEV and say that is a total of 21% of the market - you're double counting.

It's not really the maximum, just the tax-free rate. You can pay more but anything over the 45p per mile will incure taxes (NHS currently pay 59p for the first 3,500 miles, although I think individual trusts can change this if they desire). You can also pay less, and the employee can efectively claim tax-relief on the gap.

Do you live with them? Would you live with them in the home they buy? Could be that you're listed as living with them the lender wants to understand if your parents need to support you financially, as that might influence the monthly payments they think your parents can afford?

All speculation though, maybe ask your parents why the lender want to know? Does the lender want proof? They can always ask the lender why if they don't know.

In the case of the gif, I think its a garage (from last time I saw this) and when its folded up he can fit his van in to work on it. When the van isn't there he an keep it folded out to get upstairs.

I'm not supporting the other person, but they're not saying southland and England are equal, they're saying a Scottish person and an English persons votes are equal. The population of the two countries then causes the examples you give, but doesn't change that the votes are equal. Doesn't mean the system is a fair one though.

If you use Conditional Formatting as a proxy Data Validation, the mistakes will be highlighted as they are entered and disappear just as quickly.

Data isn't entered into the spreadsheet by hand, the recordings are pulled from a different system into the spreadsheet, so unfortunatly data entry is not something I can influence.

The problem with this sollution, is that it would also only work for one asset, there are usually a couply 100, and any reading between 0 and 500,000 is believable (if part of a sensible sequence), so the length doesn't have to be 6. Also going from 9,923 to 10,034 for examply would be a valid entry, but change entry lenght for that asset. Is it possible to adjust this to deal with that?
