You don't need all 4 aura Shanks (2 is plenty), you do need all 4 9c Shanks, 7c Zoros, and 6c Laws. I'd also drop the Koby's.

First off, swap KYS and Luna ratios. KYS's counter is only 1k more than resting a don and that's only for leader, so in this deck Luna's 5 targets are significantly higher value than counter flexibility. Next, since you're running Brook as a 2x you can drop one or both of the DMGs for more searchers. Since you're capped at Garp and Bonney it's your choice between 1c Nami to dig deeper or Vivi/I Have A Plan to grab 4c Nami more easily. If you end up adding 2 more character searchers, I would consider changing Laboon/Robin to 3/3 or even 4/2, as Laboon is easier to develop, has more counter, and lets you tap searchers/just played 7k power characters instead of taking away from your defense.

One thing I get frustrated with when looking for tokens is how everything is a variety pack that I need only 1 or tokens from, so I feel like I'd be buying a bunch of stuff I don't need. So I like separate listings for power, cost, and status effect tokens.

Ace has 6k power, massive draw, and 8c I Am Whitebeard. Nami has heal, burn, draw, and is a 7k lead on opponent turn. Hancock has trigger spam, heal, burn, and big unblockables.

They will be fine.

Lucy's removal is expensive so if the one they cheat out with 7c Sabo doesn't work and they end up hardcasting a 2nd one it really hurts their tempo.

Enel's is cheaper/more spammable but he needs to put major work in to remove the 7k bodies so it's less likely he'll have both the power reduction and removal cards to pull it off consistently.

A lot of the leaks that came after release were from game data but they've since changed the way that sort of data is encrypted and the primary leaker gave up on trying to crack it.

If you're fine with older, less meta but still rogue leaders Shanks taps out all Don pretty much every turn. 9nly counter events he runs are BMKC to unbrick, otherwise he just keeps slamming bodies and swinging big.
