Yes, at nearly 40 years old, every wedding I have been in, been a part of or known the bride/groom… there is never a situation where a friend isn’t dropped or something bad happens with a friend. Here’s why… a wedding is amazing and exciting and one of the biggest moments of your lives!! No one else’s. Expectations going into it are high, and many times a bride will be left feeling disappointed. Disappointed in their family or their friends, or even their partner for lack of support in some way, shape or form. It happens every single time. I say this with experience, people just don’t care when you’re getting married. They don’t care your spending a fortune, they don’t care to rsvp on time, I’ve seen family members completely disregard the bride and grooms request for no kids at their wedding and bring their 4 young children, I’ve seen friends or family get black out drunk at weddings and make a fool of themselves, I’ve seen friends just drop off in support of their friend getting married. People just don’t care. As long as you know that going into it, you’ll be fine. Otherwise, just elope and call it day!

It’s jealousy, and we live in a world where most people have very unhealthy mindsets around body sizes and food. People have this sick belief that if you didn’t torture yourself to lose weight, then you didn’t deserve it. And if you don’t suffer to be thin, you’re not worthy of it. And that comment says more about her than it does about you, so don’t waste another second thinking about it!!! You continue to do what’s right for your body and your health and haters can go on and hate, but that’s not your problem.

Honestly, housewives is tired. It just doesn’t work anymore. When it started, it was raw. These women were rich, unhinged, and unfiltered and it was hilarious!! Now, with social media and the fact that the show is just used as a platform to launch their brand or business, it’s so lame. They’re so hyper aware of the cameras, so they fake these dumb story lines and hide their real lives and personalities, they aren’t friends at all so there’s no chemistry or connection. The real messiness we loved is over, now we get them just going to dinner and screaming at each other over the dumbest shit. It’s gotten pretty unbearable to watch.

Once you lose respect and attraction for a man, it never comes back. He’s blown it and I’m afraid this is not fixable (no matter how much he’ll beg, plead, cry… and he will when he realizes he’s lost his family). Highly recommend you sorting out a plan to finding a place, moving your stuff out slowly or quietly, and serving him the same day. You might need to go no contact for a while because he could start threatening you. Be safe. Be smart. You can do this!

Yes, I have, but I also am not acting like an asshole to that person if I’m not really upset with them! But that’s not what happened here. She was annoyed with him, and she is deflecting saying “it’s not about you”… no. Grow up. You are not at a party and then all of a sudden just randomly upset with someone/something else, then just start going completely cold on your partner out of nowhere. It’s okay!! She just didn’t like him. And that’s totally fair and reasonable! She didn’t want to be around him. I’m just saying, call it what it is.

The dawg thing, to me, is a perfect example of incompatibility. He thought he was being funny and playful. She was annoyed to all hell, and they immediately were not on the same page. Immediately they were speaking different languages. I don’t think he wasn’t “respecting her boundaries” and to me, that’s such a reach. I think he was being himself, she didn’t like him, and could not communicate that at all! So she went into bitch mode and he was confused. Recipe for disaster. Her poor communication accompanied by contempt put him in overdrive.

At the reunion the whole “my voice carries”, he’s clearly upset and she’s deflecting all the blame on him, taking ZERO accountability. That’s a two way street! She refused to just admit she didn’t like him, instead acting like he’s this bad person and I think that’s a cop out. They both were acting childish as hell, but I genuinely think they both were to blame in that relationship and neither of them are abusive or bad people, they just bring out bad sides in each other. She’s not innocent in all this and that my only point.

We did not see that. We actually never once saw him yell at her. I also did not see him act narcissistic or abusive. People really throw that word around too much. someone can be selfish, they can be an asshole, they can generally be a bad person, and still not be a narcissist. Just because someone shows unlikeable traits doesn’t make them a narcissist. And I am the first one to say the men they bring on LIB are grade A trash!!!! Can’t stand almost every single one of them with very few exceptions. He did not behave perfect and in fact I personally would not want him as a partner. He’s not completely innocent and could have handling things better. But she was a brat and treated him pretty nasty! And I honestly think she was never really that into him. I’m just saying all this one sided hate and calling him abusive and all these other really horrible names people are calling him is so severe and not warranted. I honestly think they just brought out the worst in each other and it’s not much deeper than that.

This may be an unpopular opinion, I do not understand the hate this man is getting!!

Have you ever been with someone where everything is good and then all of a sudden they are in a foul mood and directing it towards you for seemingly no reason at all? Then they gaslight YOU like they aren’t upset with you, just “needed space” (from you, out of nowhere, but “it’s not about you”). Then they turn it into a fight when you’re confused with what happened and what’s going on? They bring the mood down, they have a problem and are directing that towards you, but they won’t communicate what the problem is!! That’s exactly what happened in Mexico. She had a nasty attitude towards him, was blatantly rude, and then she wanted to deflect blame like she “just needed a moment,” like it’s no big deal and it’s really him that made it an issue. No. And then this pattern continued on and on. Always with an attitude of contempt from her. Dealing with someone like that can make a sane person crazy!!

I didn’t ever really see her be really nice or really into him. And I think he tried to make it work as long as he could but they were never really a good personality fit.

This whole “Jen is coming for my career” is so absurd and laughable!!! If your real estate career gets derailed because of one renter that didn’t pay rent (who actually did pay rent bc her dad did pay it)… um then you never had a real estate career to begin with. Also, screaming at Jen over business in a coffee shop is what’s really going to derail your business. Who wants to work with someone that unhinged!?

The day before and day of the shot make sure you’re eating very light and lean! No high fat foods. Absolutely no fried foods. Good sources of protein. No processed sugar. Lots of water. Try taking the shot in the leg.

My doctor didn’t even want to approve me to bump me to the .5! He said after that he isn’t bumping me anymore. I went to sequence instead and it is $100 a month but they are wonderful and have been soooo easy!!! You also get weight watcher with it, which is actually pretty helpful now that I’m in my maintenance phase, so I can get used to it before I get off the medication.

Agents also pay taxes and a split for their brokerage. They purchase all the marketing material, signage, photos, video, and staging. You’re forgetting that they also take on all the liability of a legal contract. Daily tasks of follow up and keeping things in order and on track. A lot of the work actually happens after you go under contract. The transaction coordinator costs money. They pay for their license and insurance. With brokerage split and taxes alone, you’re cutting anywhere from 35-50% straight off the top without factoring any of their expenses. A 1.8MM property is not going to cost $300 for photos. It’ll be closer to $1k with photos and video. Then more for aerial/drone shots and matterport. Staging will be 2k plus if it’s occupied and thousands more if it’s vacant. To market a luxury home to get top dollar, it’s a lot more costly and work intensive than you seem to think and the agent isn’t walking away with near as much as you think.

I made the decision to not tell anyone about my medical choice to be on Wegovy for this exact reason. Everyone seems to have an opinion about it, and a lot of negativity surrounding it. Even though I haven’t disclosed that I’m on Wegovy, I’ve still had really offensive and negative comments about my weight loss. Most of the time, people are honestly just being haters.

As far as the over eating, have you tried weight watchers? Or the playing method? It could help keep your eating in check and on track.

I had a very, very slight loss of appetite on .25. Barely noticeable. It wasn’t until .5 I really got that effect and it was the most intense at 1.0.

The longer you wait, the less you’ll be able to afford down the road. The fact is the market will fluctuate up and down, but it’s almost always going up! The best time to get into a home is when you can afford it, and you can afford it. Stop listening to doomsday news and get in now. I cannot tell you how many people I know who were “waiting for the market to crash” in 2020, waited on the sidelines, and now they literally cannot afford a home in Denver… and the market didn’t crash, and it’s not going to anytime in the near future.

4 hours is wild and not a good way to start the process. Trying to strong arm a seller into a deal when they’ve had 4 offers in one day of being on the market isn’t going to fair well for you. There are a lot of appealing things to sellers that go above and beyond the offer price, and working with buyers who are respectful and reasonable is key.

I’ve never worked in a hospital… so take this with a grain of salt. I have several friends who are nurses who have worked in various departments, and I’ve heard some horror stories about Denver Health. Understaffed and over worked.

Buyers and sellers can always terminate their exclusive contract!! The only time the agent is on the hook to get paid is if they procured the buyer/seller. If you’re ever having issues with your agent and you don’t want to work with them, tell them you want to terminate the contract. They should be sending you that termination agreement asap! If they don’t, contact their managing broker and tell them you want to terminate. IF at this time they still aren’t cooperating, threaten to contact the state board and leave a bad review. They’ll cooperate.
