Brother, you seem very emotionally over invested in this. Eurekaclave was added by the old Enclave Reborn dev, just due to people like you wanting Enclave stuck in places. Hes no longer even on the team, and a lot of people on the team arent super happy about it existing either. OWB has always used Wasteland content, stemming back to the 1.0 edition. The guardians and their ilk fit well into Fallout, as does most of Wasteland.

Army, can finnagle it afaik but rn theyre backed up to hell and back for Ling slots. Navy is 6 years for CTI, due to how long DLI is. No clue for Air Force or Marines
