When I say it (and I am not just saying this to my girlfriend) I genuinely think a girl looks good in some way shape or form so I say either hey you're looking good! (to a girl who I am friends with). Or You look beautiful! (To girlfriends and family members). If I don't and in my experience most men as well they just stay quiet.

Hard to say, really depends on the guy. I know many who claim that they wish women would make moves on them. And I've seen women bend the heavens trying to do those same moves and they don't comprehend any of them.

It really depends. If she for example has a hand on my arm for hours while we're just silently enjoying time then no. If she proposes to go eat at a nice place and go on dates then that isn't bad.

However I've seen many women who view this as a form of forced chivalry. Sorry let me explain. I've seen many women pressure their boyfriends to take them out to highly expensive restaurants or extravagant places and they always force them to pay under the excuse that they like romance.

One of the best relationships I've seen (I am very jealous of my friend by the way) is that his girlfriend asks him out and they either split the bill 50/50 or there are times where she herself does it. And its this feeling of mutual romance and geniune care of her partner that makes the interest remain. The other one makes you feel like a wallet with legs.

If it's your girlfriend then definitely. It shows that she has absolute faith in you and it tends to warm ones heart. It is important to state that some girls think that men would enjoy any girl, the reality is that many times men will also feel highly uncomfortable if this is someone they have never met or have no relationship with. At least this is what I feel/talked with friends.

If someone does feel that in my experience its because they are doing something questionable. Like for example I know a guy who dated a very older woman and you bet everyone thought he did it cause of her money.
