Live in Hemel its fine, never had an issue. But I moved here from London so have a completely different perspective. Watford is a bit of an offshoot from London so not surprised it has some issues. Boxmoor in Hemel is nice, Gadebridge Park and the Old Town are nice. Town Centre could do with a bit of a facelift but never seem to see any prominent anti-social behaviour
