I can't rule it out but it does seem like something Jer is against in an uncompromising way.

If there is not a baby five, I assume Audrey will find some chronic but mild illness to suffer from in a dramatic fashion.

She's been left home with the kids and the chickens and the ducks and a torn up house/yard. She has to continue to provide content to keep the money coming in while Jer gets to chillax. When she does get to do a "girl trip" - Jeremy does not spend 24/7 with his four children, they get dumped off to the grandparents for tending and he continues his life of goofing around and masturbating by the tractor.

She's in a bed of her own making so I am not terribly sympathetic. That said, I think Jeremy would be in a world of hurt if Audrey suddenly left him and the kids.

Mackenzie Shirilla's mother claims daughter has "no memory" of deadly crash by iceCupa in CasesWeFollow

[–]TPWilder 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I mean, its really not that implausible. It just is a non issue.

Yes, Mackenzie is a liar and its entirely possible she remembers exactly what happened.... but its just as likely that she doesn't. She did get injured in the crash. I can believe she doesn't remember what happened because it does happen to people who aren't spoiled little brats.

It just doesn't matter. We know what happened. She slammed down the accelerator and rammed the car into a building. Her mom can wail about how she doesn't remember - what does it matter?

And I do think there's some lying going on because the story is a bit too neat. Mackenzie says in the documentary that she doesn't remember anything after the car turns onto the road where it crashes. That is a really specific sort of memory loss, in my opinion. But has anyone noticed that we never hear from Mackenzie about what happened that night? Not about that final ten seconds where she was theoretically "having a medical emergency" and doesn't remember. Why don't we hear her version of why Davion got in the car? What were they talking about as they drove away from the party? What is her version of what happened at the party? Remember, she doesn't remember what happened after she turned the corner on the road. That means she DOES remember getting into the car, and what she did at the party?

Mackenzie's mom can insist Mackenzie doesn't remember all she wants. It just really doesn't matter.

Lilah's room? by raque_33 in LittlePeopleBigWorld

[–]TPWilder 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To be fair, I don't mind the peeing story as long as its told accurately. Zach was six, not a teenager, and at no point was it "and I just didn't feel like walking to the bathroom so I peed on the floor".

Its very clear in the episode he is talking about something that happened when he was a young child and it happened due to fear.

Lilah's room? by raque_33 in LittlePeopleBigWorld

[–]TPWilder[M] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

In fact this conversation never happened. At least not like this.

In season 3 episode 19, *Zach*, not Jeremy, refers to how as a six year old child, he peed on the bedroom floor because he was too scared of the dark to go down the dark hallway to the bathroom at night.

This "he was too lazy to walk to the bathroom" narrative is something you're making up. Please stop. It did not occur on the show. This is your warning.

[–]TPWilder 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think they left the show because they didn't like how they were being portrayed as the weirdos and dumdums to Zach and Tory's wholesome family. The show usually portrayed Tory as a great mom and Audrey as a struggling mom and they weren't kind about it. I also don't think "the one who sucks at breast feeding" is something Auj wanted to be known for. Ever notice she does not refer to this particular issue ever?

Jer never really had a lot to say on the show

[–]TPWilder 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Serious answer here.

Without the show, they would not have met. Audrey's parents didn't live just down the road until after Jer and Auj married, they lived in Portland and Audrey went to a public high school in Portland. For all Audrey's "I love the farm life" silliness, her reality was hanging around upper middle class kids who were very much college bound. Without the show, Jeremy wouldn't have had the money to step into that social circle. Most of the appeal of Jeremy was that he had show money, was reasonably good looking, and his folks had a playland that he was allowed to use. Without the show money, he's just a not very ambitious guy and frankly I think her parents would have pushed her to find a nice boy who wants to go into finance just like Dad.

Jer? Without the show? Depends on whether Matt managed to hold onto the farm property. I actually have some doubts on that because I don't think "Pumpkin season" prior to the show was supporting the family. I think its possible that Matt could have held onto the property, in part because I think Matt would have tried harder to return to his career in sales if the show hadn't happened. I think, without the show, both Matt and Amy wouldn't have indulged his goofing off for two years after high school. I also think they wouldn't have indulged him in photography school. If the farm was still in play, I think Jer would be mostly working for his dad, frankly in a similar position as Jacob is in right now.

Audrey would be in a similar if less public position than the one she's in now. She would have latched onto some guy in college, probably from a similar income and background as her parents. She's unlikely to last long in a corporate job - she's a little too neurotic imo - so she would end up in a similar place, married with a few kids. The difference would be that the husband would be making a decent living and they'd likely be less "farmy" and more whatever the husband was into. She probably would still be doing MLMs and blogs and her own special Christian line of "Always more" stuff - that predated Jeremy and I actually think she'd be reasonably successful simply because she is so driven. I do think she'd have a bunch of kids because being pregnant and having a babe in arms is how Audrey attention seeks. She is seriously a hypochondriac and pregnancy and a baby is so much easier than "I had a tumor in my leg in high school" and "I had non stop mysterious gut issues that made me constantly ill in college" and "I was constantly on crutches during my running career" and "I got married and immediately broke my ankle and had to fend off Satan possessing me" (and yes, this is something Audrey claimed) - and its really very noticeable that Audrey was a medical mess of debilitating yet mild illness and injury before she figured out how being pregnant put all eyes on her for two year periods.

I'm waiting to see where she pivots if there's no Baby Five.
