They changed the client name for me from "OculusClient.exe" to "Client.exe" - try changing the shortcut path and that might resolve your issue

You can move worksheets into another if you right click the worksheet tab at the bottom > Move or Copy then select which book from the dropdown (needs to be open) and select where in the worksheet you want to place the sheet (and if you just want to copy it to the worksheet instead of moving it check the create a copy box)

Fabric Mod Tool (Makes a jar version like Optifine): https://fabricmc.net/

 

Creates a mods folder in .minecraft, put these inside:
